For Miami City Ballet’s landmark 40th Anniversary Gala, We Are BMF turned 1111 Lincoln into a breathtaking, hot-pink industrial-chic stage; delivering a celebration on a scale grander than anything the company had staged before. Sleek modern decor, neon installations, and lush magenta florals contrasted against raw concrete to frame inspiring keynote speakers, live ballet performances, an exquisite seated dinner, and a high-energy late-night afterparty.

 BMF transformed The Fillmore into a sultry, red-drenched dreamscape in celebration of Miami City Ballet’s 39th Anniversary Gala, inspired by their bold new production of Carmen.

Every surface of the venue was bathed in rich red hues — from floor-to-ceiling crimson drapery to candlelit tables and velvet textures. Guests entered through layers of cascading red curtains into Carmen’s Bar, a moody, jazz-filled speakeasy anchored by a massive red rose floral installation.

The evening unfolded with an elegant seated dinner, an intimate live performance from Carmen, and a high-energy afterparty — all crafted to evoke the raw passion, drama, and defiance of the ballet.
